Pleasant holiday cottage located not far from the medieval city of Sarlat, in the countryside, 5 km from the city center. A set of local stones which has preserved a beautiful touch of authenticity with its exposed stones, its inglenook fireplace or its stone sink.
Large garden with trees and flowers. Gas central heating.
Access to the accommodation by a staircase, interior layout on one level:
A main room with an equipped kitchen area,
A lounge area with TV and the dining room in front of the large open but non-functional fireplace,
Two bedrooms with GL (140) each + 1 extra bed,
A bathroom,
A toilet.
The house was completely refurbished 2 years ago (decoration, paintings, bathroom).

Cleaning deposit : 50 € (not cashed ; returned if accommodation is clean),
Mandatory cleaning if animals : 50 € (to pay on site),
Heating : 6 €/day,
Sheets : 10 € /pers and bathroom linen package : 15 €/pers (to settle directly to the owner),
Additional pets : 15 € per stay,
The grarantee (300 €) The security deposit is payable on your arrival to the owner. It will be returned to your departure, if no damage will be noticed during the final inventory.
