The current water and gas consumption,
Not included :
Cleaning of the end of stay 80 € (option to be settled directly to the owner),
Mandatory cleaning if animals : 80 € (to pay on site),
Heating 70 €/week (to pay on site),
Linen rental is not possible. If linen is required, you may contact LA RESERVE A LINGE 06 51 09 19 26.
The grarantee (300 €) The security deposit is payable on your arrival to the owner. It will be returned to your departure, if no damage will be noticed during the final inventory.
